We are Michiana Partners for Parkinson's, d/b/a Rock Steady Boxing of Michiana. We offer a non-contact, boxing-inspired fitness program designed exclusively for folks living with Parkinson's disease.

Although medications help with the symptoms, it has been clinically shown that exercise can slow the progression of Parkinson's. Offering convenient locations in South Bend and Elkhart, we help those with PD improve their quality of life and build power, strength, balance, flexibility and speed.

Affiliated with Rock Steady Boxing, Inc., our two Michiana gyms are among the 800+ worldwide locations where, collectively, more than 60,000 "fighters" work out every week.

Our Michiana organization was founded in 2016 as a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation. Our first class was held in May, 2016 with just three "fighters". Today we serve over 80 "fighters" and their families. Our growth demonstrates that there is a real need for what we do - and that what we do is working!
We are a support group on steroids.
